Keep Calm and … Read This Book

We’ve all seen the famous “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster that swept the design world in the last two years. (Or else you saw it hanging in our dining room — we had it in green!).

I’ve seen the same design pop up in many places, but this is the first use of it that I actually love. Co-opted for a book about the history of MI5, it’s totally appropriate for the use, and yet a bit cheeky at the same time. Brilliant.

  1. Cool! Is that design at the top of the poster part of the usual or a piece of the book promo? Calmness is a true virtue. I find that I increasingly cherish quiet. Love, Valerie
